BRIAN W. PETERSON, CPA, MACC 

Managing Director

Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.  He received his education from the University of Central Florida and Florida Atlantic University, where he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting.  He's been featured by the FAU College of Business as a notable alumnus for his work in the field of accounting.  Brian is a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Brian has experience working in the Private Equity and Audit industries in addition to his time in public accounting.  Before becoming a director for Peterson Accounting CPA PA, Brian worked for many years at Blum & Blum, a Florida public accounting firm focusing on taxation.  He's also worked for Deloitte, a large international professional service and accounting firm (and one of the Accounting "Big 4"), where he served as an external auditor helping to audit both public and private companies.

Brian has served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Finance in the Business Department at Broward College.

He stays active with his wife Allison, their daughter Ruthe and son Max, and their two dogs, June and Lady.

RICK PETERSON, CPA 

Managing Director

Rick calls South Florida home and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida for over 30 years.  He has built a solid reputation as a savvy accountant and valued CPA.  He is an expert in taxation and handling IRS matters and has been serving his clients for several decades.

Rick earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a taxation expert.  He also specializes in accounting and Financial Statement preparation.

Rick is dedicated to providing the highest ethical and professional standards with integrity, honesty, and dependability.   

Rick enjoys staying active by fishing and being outdoors.  You can find him enjoying the sunny South Florida weather any chance he gets.

BLAKE PETERSON 

Account Administrator

Blake has been handling the accounts for our HOA and Condo Association clients for nearly a decade.  He is knowledgeable on all matters condo and HOA alike and is your point person for any questions or concerns regarding the standing of your account.  Blake holds an Associate in Arts degree from Broward College. 

Blake works closely with the Treasurers of the many Boards of Directors and the management teams we serve and stays on top of any changes to their respective associations in order to ensure timely and effective service.
